Eligible products can be reported within 7 days of receiving the order if they have a manufacturing defect or are not functioning properly.

What Is Covered?

  • Product not powering on upon delivery.
  • Charging-related manufacturing defects.
  • Audio or connectivity issues caused by a manufacturing fault.
  • Defective buttons, display, sensors, or other built-in functions.
  • Wrong product or variant received.
  • Product received damaged, subject to verification.

What Is Not Covered?

  • Physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Water, liquid, heat, or fire damage.
  • Damage caused by dropping, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Normal scratches, wear and tear, or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Battery performance reduction caused by normal long-term usage.
  • Damage caused by incompatible chargers or electrical accessories.
  • Change-of-mind requests after the product has been used.

How to Claim Warranty

If you receive a defective product, contact Grabok within the warranty period. Please provide the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Customer name and phone number.
  • Clear pictures or video showing the issue.
  • A short description of the problem.

Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions. The product may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement is approved.

Replacement Conditions

  • The product should be returned with its original packaging where possible.
  • Included accessories should also be returned.
  • The product must not show signs of misuse or intentional damage.
  • Replacement is subject to product inspection and stock availability.
  • If the same model is unavailable, an appropriate solution may be offered.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and verified product faults. Grabok reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a warranty replacement.
